Is there a free trial?

Absolutely!  We believe the best way for you to experience our program is to take several classes, meet our instructors, and our students (and their amazing parents)!  We offer a FREE week of classes to every new student!

Is Taekwondo safe for beginners?

Yes. Classes are structured, supervised, and age-appropriate. Beginners start with foundational movements and progress at their own pace. Safety and control are emphasized at all levels.

Do you offer adult classes?

Yes. Taekwondo is excellent for adults seeking fitness, stress relief, flexibility, and practical self-defense skills.

Do I need to be in shape before starting?

No. Training improves your fitness over time. Classes are designed to build endurance, strength, and flexibility gradually.

How often should students train?

We recommend coming to class as often as you can, consistency builds confidence.  

Will my child learn self-defense?

Yes. Students learn practical awareness skills, controlled techniques, and how to respond confidently in challenging situations.

Is sparring required?

Light, controlled sparring may be introduced at appropriate levels. Safety gear is used, and participation is supervised and structured.

What should we expect in the first class?

New students are welcomed, introduced to basic movements, and guided step-by-step. There’s no pressure—just a supportive learning environment.
